waltham community farms volunteer opportunityMass Biotech Softball- National Braille Press Volunteer Opportunity

Thanks for participating in the Massachusetts Biotechnology Softball League!

For the third year in a row our league will be volunteering on Saturday, May 1st, from 10am-2pm at the National Braille Press in Boston. We would love to get 24 volunteers to help put together Braille books for children. It's very simple. Basically, after a brief tour of the press & learning about what they do, our group will be collating the Braille pages into the children's book. It's simple, easy, and fun! Lunch will be served.

The first year we volunteered with them we were told that we were the fastest, most accurate group they'd ever had! I think we finished by about 12:30pm.
